* To ensure that your aircraft can take advantage of the flyaway replacement service, you must first bind your DJI account and device to the aircraft through the app. The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.
Replacements
For an additional replacement fee, you can have your damaged product replaced in case of an accident. Replacement products are brand-new or equivalent to brand-new in terms of performance and reliability.
