Shipping policy

At Drone Enterprise BV, we strive to guarantee our customers in the Benelux fast and reliable delivery of professional drones. 
Below you will find the terms and conditions for our shipping processes.​

Shipping after Payment Receipt

Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received. This means no shipment will be prepared or sent before the payment is confirmed by our system.

Delivery Time

Once the payment is received, the ordered goods will be shipped within 48 hours. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Partial Deliveries

If part of your order is out of stock at that time, we will make partial deliveries. This means that available products will be shipped immediately, and the rest will follow later, without any additional shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be calculated at checkout. 
These are usually €6.98. Free shipping applies for orders over €150.​

Countries

We only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
